We experienced network downtime as of 12/31/2009 12:16:27AM.
Connectivity was restored within 15 minutes.
A large scale DDOS was launched against an IP address in use by a client server on the our network. This matter was escalated to our on call network engineers who traced and null routed the offending traffic. Network performance for some clients may have been degraded during this attack...

It seems that the London Internet Exchange (LINX) are currently experiencing problems. Our connections to LINX are no longer carrying traffic and this is having an impact on some clients who would normally cross LINX to reach us.
